500 years in the future, in a Neo-Victorian England, Queen Victoria the IV requests the help of a Captain Bill Sprocket to transport her to an Interplanetary Conference on the Sovereign World of Pluto. However, those plans are cut short when the Captain’s young daughter, Maggie, takes the Queen and her father’s ship out for a joyride across the Solar System.

Breaker is a cyberpunk thriller set in the near future of Tokyo that features contributions from many talented Japanese artists. It is also an exploration of many profound subcultures found within the city gathered through years of extensive research and integration.
